Ailesha Ringer
Ailesha Ringer is a social and behavior change communication consultant in the fields of intercultural, interpersonal, gender, and environmental communication. She has worked with communities in Brazil, Timor-Leste, Zambia, Belize and the US.
By leveraging her skills as an award-winning teacher and researcher, Ailesha intervenes through creating, testing and analyzing social behavior change communication programs. She focuses on community-based research, utilizing both traditional and dynamic social media methods, to devise communication interventions that are achievable, measurable, and impactful.
Based in the United States, Ailesha holds a MA in Latin American Studies, a Ph.D. in Intercultural Communication, and speaks Spanish and Portuguese.
