Cora Fassina

Cora is a consultant and trainer in agile design and collaborative methodologies and works as a Scrum Master, leading social innovation teams through projects using Agile project-management techniques. She created the Community of Social Agility in Buenos Aires to drive innovation among local NGOs, and is active in the Community of Women in Agility of Latin America.

Cora has carried out organizational transformation processes in several companies and organizations and designed and facilitated citizen and participatory laboratories in Argentina, France, Spain and Croatia.

An Argentine national, Cora studied Social Communication at the University of Buenos Aires with a focus on Management of Educational Processes and later trained in Cultural Management and Art Curation, enhancing her skills in project management and agile methodology.
