Esther Owelle
Esther Owelle is a research specialist focused on evaluation and implementation of social, economic and political programs in the Global South. With over eight years’ experience in both qualitative and quantitative research, she has conducted large-scale research projects, applying principles of behavioral science in the design and implementation of studies.
Esther has worked on research projects with partners in academic, private and governmental spaces and in various thematic sectors including health, financial inclusion, education, energy, governance and agriculture. She is passionate about using an evidence-based approach to develop interventions and solutions.
A Kenyan national, Ester has a degree in nutrition and dietetics from Kenyatta University and an MA in development studies from the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.
