Everold Hosein
Everold Hosein is an international communication specialist with 45 years of experience in communication training and strategic communication planning. He is currently a senior communication advisor to the World Health Organization and has worked with UNICEF, UNFPA, UN WOMEN, UNDP and UNEP as well.
Everold is a Distinguished Scholar at City University of New York/School of Public Health. He is the founder of COMBI – Communication for Behavioral Impact – a program adopted at WHO since 2000. He is also President of the COMBI Institute in Indianapolis and New York City. He previously served as Senior Counselor for Social Development at Burson-Marsteller Public Relations/New York and as Director of Program Support at International Planned Parenthood Federation, New York. He was also the Director of the University of the West Indies Institute of Mass Communication/Jamaica.
Originally from Trinidad and Tobago, Everold received his Ph.D. in Communication and Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
