Gro Bjerknes

Gro Bjerknes is a facilitator and project manager who specializes in the interaction between people and digital technology, and in how such technology can be designed to support and enrich other channels of communication.

Gro has both been participating in and leading numerous change projects, all with a focus on a participatory approach to change. She is driven by a passion for integrating social processes and digital technology in a way that enhances the human agency.

Gro has a PhD in information systems (University of Oslo). A Norwegian national, she resides in Melbourne, Australia.
