Joyce Brandful

Joyce Brandful brings over 25 years of experience managing programs to develop and implement UNICEF Communication and Communication for Development (C4D) in stable, emergency and reconstruction contexts. Her assignments have taken her from Ghana to Madagascar, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Haiti, and, more recently, Eastern Europe.

Joyce has facilitated C4D and human rights approaches in program implementation among UN staff, government and NGO partners, focussing on sustaining positive behaviors and modifying social norms.

A Ghanaian national, Joyce holds advanced degrees in Communication Studies, Public Administration and Development Studies. She is fluent in English and French.
