Paula Claycomb

Paula Claycomb joined Rain Barrel in 2014, drawing on decades of management and organizing experience in the UN system, Amnesty International USA and as a journalist. She has worked in international development for three decades, applying rights-based social and behavior-change-communication principles and techniques promoting consultative and inclusive social-change processes. Her expertise lies in identifying a range of communication channels, rather than one or two, to achieve change. She has a Masters degree in Public Administration from New York University. Paula is based in northern New Mexico and never tires of travel to new places.
