Sharon Felzer
Sharon Felzer is a specialist in evidence-based change related to understanding attitudes and opinions, shifting behaviors, and building sustainable support amongst targeted stakeholders. She has over two decades of experience at the World Bank where she led its Strategic Insights Group, developing innovative public opinion initiatives to understand the attitudes, perceptions, biases and motivations of stakeholders.
Sharon uses robust quantitative and qualitative public opinion data to navigate and mitigate complicated landscapes and inform decision making, strategy, and communications.
Sharon has written blogs and trained peers at the World Bank Group on the art and science of public opinion research. A US national, she lives in the state of Wyoming.
